Paul Hart, our Executive Head Chef, is known for utilising the finest locally sourced produce to create traditional, yet contemporary cuisine. Visually pleasing and exceptionally tasty, the menu costs just £21.50 per person for three outstanding courses. The pre-theatre menu is served between 5.30pm and 6.45pm every day of the week.
The restaurant enjoys a wonderful location aside its eponymous bridge and makes a convenient stop-off en route to the theatre district. There are a number of famed establishments to the south, while the Edinburgh Playhouse is a short walk to the north. The Concierge at The Scotsman Hotel will be pleased to arrange a taxi for you should you rather travel by car to the theatre after your meal.
Come along and enjoy dishes such as Gordal olive polenta with rich aubergine caviar, or Chef Hart's Clava Brie tart with smoked raisins, saffron pickled onions and butternut squash. And as we're so close to the theatre district, why not pop back afterwards and sample our latest cocktails?
